POUR-EM-S I -Gratitude

Happy new year to you there, may 2018 unleash all the blessings God has loaded it with for you. Amen.
 
Today we launch the series for the month of January themed Pour-em-s, a weekly compilation of inspiring poems.
We kickoff today with the first episode tagged Gratitude. What better way to start a year than with gratitude?

This poem was written in a mid-semster exam hall. The exam was balling and I couldn’t help it. 😀

We should be in the fraction that returns with gratitude

Y’all know that peace that soughs from inside out in that moment, don’t you? That peace that comes with inspiration and introspection. Needless to say, it was in a moment of such peace that this piece came. For this peace, we should give thanks too.

This reaches to me first on a personal level; how many times do I seek to use God, rather than be used by him?
