#StoryBerry 002: HOW (NOT) TO LOVE ME

“I love you too,” she said making his smile gain strength and morph into a grin and then she squashed it all with, “with the love of Christ”
The frost of his smile disappeared. “Don’t love me with the love of Christ” He surged. His eruption made her start. “I already have enough people loving me with the love of Christ, including Christ himself”
He could not stay still. “I want you to love me like a lover, and so you shall!”
She shook her head. “See why I can’t love you with anything more than the love of Christ?”
“Why?”
You are a jerk! Were the words that pushed at her tongue but she pushed them down and chose, “You really need to get past your bloated ego, and position as a fellowship president and actually get to know Christ.”
She stalked off.

I bet that was one spicy berry 😁.. One thing we must walk away from this story with is the fact that regardless of who we are we can not make the choice of love for any one, at least we ought not to. Also, until a person gets to know Christ, as a believer just keep loving them with the love of Christ 😂.
